I had some precise design features and particular thoughts about what I wanted to achieve and ‘Kline Memorials’ did an outstanding job in crafting and fabricating an exquisite monument that fulfilled my expectations in every detail.
From my first visit to the facility in Manassas, I was confident that ‘Kline Memorials’ would meet my expectations and they excelled in every aspect throughout our working relationship. Rick, the proprietor, and his support team, Monica and Libby, were highly professional and personally engaging in all my interactions with them. They were always responsive to my questions and interest in the creative process and work schedule.
Rick was very thorough and worked closely with me during the design phase and advised me about the fabrication and installation phases of the process. Rick and I met both at the shop and the cemetery to review and approve plans and details. Monica and Libby provided essential guidance and assistance and were especially helpful with the selection of an appropriate type and color of stone to complement my design concept.
The process of designing and selecting a memorial for my parents was a deeply personal endeavor for me. I feel very fortunate because Rick, Monica and Libby were always informative and thoughtful and realized how important their help meant to me. They did an exceptional job for me and I believe they give the same personal care and attention to every one of their clients.
‘Kline Memorials’ crafted and installed a beautiful family memorial that fulfilled all my hopes and expectations.
