Rick Burroughs has been the owner of Kline Memorials for nearly 30 years and has over 40 years in the monument industry. He is passionate about customer care and treats everyone with the same level of respect and attention, regardless of the size or cost of the project. Rick is a member of Monument Builders of North America and serves on the board of the Mid-Atlantic Monument Builders Association. He is the proud father of 2 adult children and enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife, Christine, and black lab, Simon, at the beach in North Carolina.
Libby has been with Kline Memorials for 15 years and is an integral and highly valued member of our team. She keeps the office and shop running smoothly and works closely with clients, helping them choose a memorial that best meets their needs. Libby finds great satisfaction in compassionately helping families during times of grief and excels at treating clients with kindness and respect. When not in the office, Libby enjoys spending time with her family, taking walks in the woods, and researching genealogy.
Katie has been with Kline Memorials for 11 years and is the smiling face who greets our customers as they enter the office. Eve, Office Manager/Sales Carroll Memorials
Eve is the office manager and sales person in our Fredericksburg Office, Carroll Memorials. She has been with Kline/Carroll for a year and we are absolutely thrilled to have her. Eve finds satisfaction in working closely with grieving families to help them design a memorial for their loved one, bringing them some peace during a difficult time. When not in the office, Eve enjoys scuba diving, traveling with her husband and visiting with her grown children.

Zlati, Marshall, Jarratt and Ethan work hard to ensure our memorials are the highest quality in the area and are well versed in the rules and regulations of area cemeteries.
